During your first meeting, you'll discuss your needs and goals and together create a treatment plan and schedule that best supports you. All information you share is kept confidential and reviewed only by Dr. Starbird.

All sessions are via secure video — there is no in-person office
You must reside in Oregon to be seen
Major insurance plans accepted
Available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9am–5pm

This form is for general questions or messages to the practitioner. If you decide to work with me, I will send Intake Forms to you via my encrypted Hushmail.com email service, so we can protect any confidential information.
The intake package you receive will come from drlindastarbird@hushmail.com, which is encrypted to keep your insurance information safe.
Zoom links for sessions will come from my lindastarbird_phd@aol.com account.
