Online Video Therapy

Geography shouldn't determine whether someone gets good care. If you live outside of Bend, or simply prefer the convenience of meeting from home, online video therapy offers quality care — with considerably more flexibility.

I provide individual therapy via secure video to adults throughout the state of Oregon. Whether you're in Portland, Eugene, Salem, Ashland, on the coast, or in a small rural community, we can work together without either of us getting in a car.

What Online Therapy Looks Like

Sessions take place over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You'll need a private space and a reliable internet connection. That's essentially it. Most clients find that after the first session or two, the format feels completely natural.

We can address the same concerns through telehealth that we would in person — anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, panic, and more. The therapeutic relationship, which is the real foundation of any good therapy, translates fully to video.

Practical Details

Sessions are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9am to 5pm, and Wednesdays 9 - 12. I accept major insurance plans and am licensed to see clients residing anywhere in Oregon. If you're unsure whether your insurance is accepted, the insurance page has the details, or you're welcome to reach out directly.

Is Online Therapy Right for You?

Many people wonder whether they'll feel as connected in a video session as they would sitting across from a therapist in person. In my experience, the answer is yes — sometimes surprisingly so. What matters most is that you feel heard, understood, and supported, and that happens through presence and attention, not exclusively through physical proximity.

If you've been putting off finding a therapist because of distance, schedule, or the simple friction of commuting to an office, online therapy may be exactly what removes that barrier.
